New for September 2009 - Whale Watching Tours. Palmerville Adventures offer a three hour fly and boat whale watching excursions. This whale watching tour will bring you in the middle of the action in Work Channel and Chatham Sound where whale watching is at its best.

This 3 hour fly and boat whale watching tour departs daily at 9:30am and 1pm. We are also flexible to fit around cruise ships and specific itineraries.

The experience of the whale watching tour with Palmerville Adventures will start with a scenic seaplane flight which will bring you in Work Channel. This is one of the most common feeding grounds for whales in the North Coast during September.

Once there, your guide Greg Palmer, will bring you for a two hours zodiac boat tour to explore the whales natural habitat. This whale watching tour will give you the opportunity to see humpback whales, killer whales and grey whales. You may also see seals, sea lions and bald eagles.
